Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a weight limit?

We have a "walk-in" weight limit maximum of 280lbs. If you are over that we ask that you contact us to set up a private fitting so we can ensure the harness fits comfortably. We have accommodated up to 345lbs.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing a high impact sports bra, leggings, and shoes that lace up snug (or tall/grippy socks if you prefer no shoes). The harness will rub around your legs which is why we DO NOT recommend wearing shorts.

Is there an age requirement/limit?

Our minimum age is 10 years old. All minor participants must be accompanied by an adult. We have no maximum age!

Do you do team bonding?

We LOVE team building events. When you book a private party we customize the activities to your group. We offer a variety of games, skills, and activities to give your group memories to last a lifetime.

I have a bad ankle/knee/hip, can I still do this?

Absolutely, that is what is so great about bungee! The low-impact benefits of the bungee allows you to participate with decreased limitations. Our instructors always have modifications for every skill if any pain does occur.

Can I bring my children while I take class?

We do have a small seating area to the side, well behaved and self entertained are allowed. HOWEVER, we do reserve the right to ask you to leave with no refund for any reason at instructors discression.
